As Managing Director and Founder, Paul Burr brings over 40 years of experience to Quickshift. His knowledge of the transport and logistics industry has helped shape the business from the ground up, with a strong focus on reliable service, practical solutions and looking after customers properly.
Christine Pearson
As Finance Director, Christine Pearson oversees the financial side of Quickshift, helping to keep the business organised, stable and moving in the right direction. From financial planning and budgeting to reporting and managing day-to-day finances, Christine plays an important role in supporting the wider team and the continued growth of the business.
Josh Burr
As Operations Manager, Josh Burr is responsible for keeping Quickshift moving day to day. From coordinating jobs and managing logistics to supporting the team and making sure everything runs efficiently, Josh helps ensure each delivery is organised, on track and handled with the care our customers expect.
Joe Barnard
As Operations Assistant, Joe Barnard supports the day-to-day running of Quickshift’s transport operations. From coordinating deliveries and communicating with drivers to helping keep schedules on track, Joe plays an important role in making sure every job runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Nick Brown
As Accounts Assistant, Nick Brown supports the day-to-day financial administration at Quickshift. From helping with invoices and account records to assisting with payments, reporting and general finance tasks, Nick helps keep everything accurate, organised and running smoothly behind the scenes.
